Terrible service. They sold a faulty expensive instrument. They refused to take it back! One star is too much for these sharks.
The staff hear refused a refund after sending a faulty instrument, it took months at times to even just get a cut and pasted response. They were rude, unresponsive and I'd never want to deal with them again.
