Very disappointing...both my wife and i. have used this practice for a good while now, but sadly have expetienced double standards, travelling from Gloucester traffic incident held us up we rang ahead to advise our delay arriving 5/10 mins late.We were refused a appointment...Sunday travelling from Ruardean we arrived only to be told they were running late expecting us to wait a undefined time, We had another appointment to fulfill so had to leave...
