Very warm friendly,local pub. Sunday roast lunch of beef and a kids lamb was delicious and there were plenty of options for a fussy 10yr old who ate a massive BLT baguette. Thank you.

Found this pub by accident today as I was out for a ride on my motorcycle, I popped in for a quick cup of tea and a short rest. The weather was lovely so sat outside and enjoyed the sun on one of many benches.Nice little place with friendly staff, will return.
Quiet setting, the friendliest staff, and simple, hearty, delicious food. Had dinner here the day I arrived in Wales and this was the perfect way to end my hectic day. Only complaint was that we originally sat inside and weren't too impressed with the cleanliness, the tables were really sticky and the floor looked a bit gross. We ended up sitting outside, which is much better.
We came upon this starving! However, I was cleansing and could only have salad and needed a variety of vegetables. I didn't see what I was hoping for on the menu, but I asked if they could help by adding the vegetables of the day to the warm goat cheese, apple, walnut salad and removing the cheese. I asked them to put any vegetables they had on there. They brought out a salad with a rainbow of colorful vegetables. It was great! I do wish they had something like that on the menu, but I gave them a 5 anyway for service and atmosphere and letting our doggy come in to the pub side. They even had a band starting! Great place! I wish I could've stayed longer to see the band!
